Menu Options and their Nutritional Benefits:

Lunch choices:

- south western green chicken soup (onion, bell peppers, zucchini, cilantro,

garlic, greens, chicken & chicken broth), chia blueberry muffin Gf - Great for reducing inflammation and removing heavy metals in the body

- pesto zoodles and noodles with sunflower seeds, coconut amino and basil, choice of tempeh or  chicken - Great for stimulating the liver

- lettuce wraps with cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli and

coconut amino jasmine rice choice of chicken, salmon or tempeh, sesame,  fresh grated ginger coconut amino dipping sauce GF- Great for neutralizing and ridding the body of harmful toxins

- purple potato, green beans, tomato and egg salad with parsley mustard  dressing  GF  Great for flushing toxins and alkalizing the body
