I contacted Chef Celine to help me cater my daughter's graduation party last year. She was very helpful and gave me a variety of options to choose from.
I was very excited because, as you know, when it comes to the month of May you go from one graduation party to the other and - you eat always the same food! So different with the options that Chef Celine offered me. From her list of dishes that she proposed, I chose the following options: Grilled vegetable platter: herb-marinated and grilled asparagus, eggplants, zucchini, squash, cherry tomatoes, carrots and bell peppers on a bed of greens, vegetables duo mousseline, tapenade and assorted aioli, pineapple tart tatin and apricot crumble that I completed with some of my homemade dishes that my daughter wanted at the party.
It was very helpful that she had a very good understanding of quantities needed for such a party and understood that I did not want to end up with too much leftovers.
The day of the event, Chef Celine delivered the different dishes that I had ordered, and I have to say they all looked beautiful. The presentation was top and the ingredients looked so fresh - everything was made from scratch and looked delicious.
She also brought some table tents that showed the names of the dishes, and that I was able to put on my table. This was a very nice addition and looked very professional.
I forgot to mention that Chef Celine is also very knowledgeable about food allergies and was able to give me different options for guests with gluten allergies and / or dietary restrictions.
All in all, the graduation party was a big success and all of my guests appreciated the different variety of dishes Chef Celine made. I highly recommend her and would definitely have her cater my next big event.
